Old Women Can't Walk That Fast.
Teja and Malorie witnessed this one. From Malorie's point of view.
"Me and Teja were at the park in my townhouse area, playing soccer. An old women walked by with her dog. Teja asked what kind of dog it was. Then the women let us pet her dog. It was a little sad, because the dog only had one eye! So then the women left. About five minutes later, the same lady was back with a different dog! She didn't come the way she had last time, she went to the trash cans at the park, threw something in there, and walked away. While she did that Teja and I had a conversation that went something like; 'That's the same lady who was just here, but she has a different dog!' 'She was only gone for, like, 5 minutes, lets follow her when she turns the corner!' "
"So then we did exactly that. As soon as the lady turned the corner Teja sprinted after her. Keep in mind it was not that far of a distance. Then Teja motioned wildly for me to come over there, so I ran over there. By the time I got there the women was so far down this really long street by the park. I didn't notice anything unusual about that until she went in her house and Teja said 'Umm.. she was way over there when I got to the corner.' I didn't get it at first, but eventually I figured it out. By the time Teja had gotten to the corner, the old women was practically all the way down the street. After a few tests of one of us sprinting from where we were to the corner while the other walked as slowly as the women, from the corner to the women's house. None of the tests were successful in proving us wrong in our belief."
"We are still in disbelief as to her being human, because, as we say, 'Old women can't walk that fast!' "
